The first step towards automation is to have the equipment motorized. In most modern
presses, motorization is already included along with some provisions for remote console
and manual controls.
The I-TECH equipment easily integrates with presses that has existing motorization
including press OEM communication interfaces. The automation work is simpler and
takes less effort.
I-TECH offers a full range of motorization packages for clients without motorization.
We can execute the Automation project as one combined project or as a separate projects.
Motorization can be done for any of the following press components; inking units
for circumferential and lateral, compensators, angle bars and more.
I-TECH handles motorization for a wide variety of printing presses. Standard designs
are available for the following; GOSS Community, Urbanites, Tensor and much more.
The controls of these motors either in Manual or Auto mode is highly integrated
within the I-TECH operator console for ease of use.
Optional “smart motors” are available with job-based presetting capabilities for
increased make-ready efficiency.
I-TECH has partnered with several reputable press re-builders for additional installation
resource as needed.
